The Team

Clayton and Cindy have been married for 31 years and are best friends.  They met at a Christian Academy when Clayton was 16 and Cindy was 14. They dated on and off for years until Clayton realized that his Heavenly Father had given him the greatest gift, Cindy, that could happen to him next to knowing Jesus as Lord and Savior.  Both asked Jesus to be their Lord at young ages. Cindy followed close to Jesus while Clayton took a more winding and longer path.  After only 6 months of marriage Clayton informed Cindy that Jesus had called them into full time ministry and they moved to Tulsa, OK to attend Bible College.

Their 29 year journey in ministry took them to several different styles of churches from a large higher income church to a Biker/Street church to a Boys Ranch that rescued teens from crisis situations.  With such a diverse ministry background Clayton and Cindy bring a strong, hard and real love to the people they touch.

Clayton and Cindy, also known as Hoot and Honey to their grandchildren, family and close friends, are the proud parents of 3 boys and very proud grandparents of their 3 granddaughters and twin grandboys.  They are the Founders and Directors of Rite of Passage Ranch, a working ranch that helps young boys step into manhood by teaching them how to ride a horse, work a cow, develop a strong work ethic and know Jesus.
